Simon Davis is a versatile New Zealand actor based in Auckland, known for his grounded screen presence, physical precision, and thoughtful approach to character. A graduate of The Actors’ Program (Class of 2022) with a background in Film and Theatre Studies from Victoria University of Wellington, Simon combines a strong technical foundation with an instinct for authentic, emotionally connected storytelling.
His work spans stage and screen, including a recent appearance in Shortland Street (South Pacific Pictures, 2023) and a range of independent and commercial productions. He played Thomas in NORA: A Doll’s House, the graduation production of The Actors’ Program, a performance that showcased his ability to explore complex, layered roles with nuance and integrity.
