Ko Hinerangi Delly Harawira Nicholas ahau. Ko "Nani" ki taku whanau, me aku hoa. Tekau ma rima aku tau. Ko au tetahi o ngā tamariki o te Kohu. Ko Te Wharekura o Ruatoki tōku kura. Nō Ruatoki, nō te moutere o Matakana me te motu Kuki Airani aku tipuna.

Of Tūhoe, Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Ranganuui and Cook Island descent, Hinerangi resides in Taneatua, Aotearoa-New Zealand. Being fluent in both Māori and English, she demonstrated her acting prowess in the film, Ka Whawhai Tonu - Struggle Without End (2024).

An accomplished scholar, Hinerangi distinguished herself in Year 10 at Te Wharekura o Ruatoki, earning accolades in Te Reo Māori and Mahi Toi (Art). Her artistic abilities were further recognised in 2022 when her Ringa Toi artwork was exhibited at Te Papa Tongarewa National Museum in Wellington.

Engaging in the digital sphere, Hinerangi is a member of the RAD (Recycle a Device) Club. She also participated in the Te Whare Angitu Tiaki Tao Programme 2023 (Ngā Kura a Iwi). In that same year, she was selected for the prestigious TOA Rakahinonga - Entrepreneur business NCEA course (Ngā Kura a Iwi).

Hinerangi's commitment to athletics is as robust as her academic pursuits. Her representation in various national and regional sports teams, spanning netball, basketball, volleyball, rugby 7s and touch, underlines her sportsmanship. Significant achievements include competing in the 2023 South Pacific Netball Tournament in Fiji and being selected for trials for the Bay of Plenty U16 rugby team.

Beyond her academic and athletic pursuits, Hinerangi maintains a strong cultural connection as a member of the Te Wharekura o Ruatoki Senior Kapa Haka and Ngāti Pūkeko Kapa Haka. She also served as a representative speaker at the 2021 Ngā Manu Kōrero's Te Rāwhiti Ihaka Junior Māori event.

With interests spanning sports, Kapa Haka, gym, weightlifting, bush treks, running, exercising, swimming, singing, dancing and art, Hinerangi also harbors a deep respect for her marae, hapu and hitori. Under the guidance of her guardian, Ms Angie Harawira, Hinerangi embodies the spirit of dedication and excellence. - courtesy, Press Kit, Ka Whawhai Tonu - Struggle Without End.
