DeAngelo Parei Naylor is a dynamic performer whose passion for dance and the creative arts has seen him develop across theatre, contemporary performance, and cultural expression. Of Pacific heritage, he has a particular gift for Tahitian dance, performing with Tahiti Ora since 2018 at cultural, corporate, and private events.
A graduate of the Pacific Institute of Performing Arts, Unitec, and the University of Auckland, DeAngelo has trained extensively in both drama and dance. His studies encompassed acting foundations, contemporary dance techniques, and Pacific performance traditions, grounding him in a holistic approach to the performing arts.
On stage, he has appeared in Her Story (Te Pou Theatre), The Messiah (Vodafone Events Centre), and Woman (TAPAC), showcasing his versatility as both a dancer and actor. In addition, he is a writer and spoken word poet, bringing his voice and perspective to the creative conversation through original work.
