From the pages of fashion magazines to the glittering world of Bollywood, Ananditaa carved a path through the entertainment industry, with a career spanning diverse roles and experiences.
Ananditaa embarked on her journey at a young age, simultaneously pursuing her studies while contributing as a writer for a prestigious fashion magazine, Femina in India. This early exposure to the world of style and creativity ignited her passion for storytelling and paved the way for an extraordinary career.
She then transitioned into the dynamic realm of public relations swiftly rising to the position of Manager at the prominent Clea PR firm in Mumbai, India. This step opened doors to collaboration with a renowned production house, setting the stage for her eventual rise as a Publicist and Celebrity Manager, working closely with some of the industry's most talented and celebrated actors.
However, Ananditaa's journey took an unexpected turn when she found herself immersed in the world of theatre. Her experience working alongside India's theatre veterans, breathed new life into her artistic aspirations and gave a significant boost to her confidence. Theatre became the crucible in which her talent as an actor and her personal identity were forged.
The impact of theatre on Ananditaa's career is unmistakable, leading to diverse opportunities, including acclaimed performances in productions such as 'For, In Your Tongue, I cannot Fit: 100 Jailed Poets' (Yarat- Baku, Edinburgh Arts Festival, and Kochi-Muziris Biennale 2017-2018), 'Medha and Zoombish' (Prithvi Theatre 2019), and 'Neend Kyon Raat Bhar Nahi Aati,' (2019) among others.

With a passion for creating compelling content, Ananditaa is gradually establishing herself not only as a multifaceted artist but also a producer in India and New Zealand. Ananditaa's passion for Indian languages, including Sanskrit, has led her to an exciting new endeavour as a producer. She is currently spearheading a groundbreaking project in Auckland with New Zealand’s largest South Asian Theatre and Cultural group, Prayas, where they are bringing to life a 2000-year-old Sanskrit play for the very first time in a region where Shakespeare may be known but the works of Shudraka remain undiscovered.
