Alex Myers’s passion for storytelling and making people laugh has been a driving force throughout his life. Inspired by early performances with friends and family, he realised acting was his calling, leading him to pursue the craft with dedication.

His first public performance was in Year Two, playing 'Pinocchio' and 'Toad' in The Wind in the Willows. A significant milestone came with his ensemble role in King Lear - Auckland Theatre Company (2023), where performing for 10,000 people over the season gave him notable exposure in the New Zealand theatre scene.

Alex finds deep satisfaction in every aspect of acting, cherishing the joy and fulfilment it brings. Looking forward, he aims to explore diverse roles, especially in Action, Sci-Fi, and Drama genres, embracing challenges that push his boundaries.

Additionally, Alex is enthusiastic about venturing into the gaming industry for voice-over work, driven by his love for voices and gaming. His career is marked by a commitment to storytelling, a passion for acting, and a continual drive to take on new and exciting opportunities.
