’I’m Temuera Morrison and I’m hungry’

It’s a long way from the sands of Tatooine to the deserts of Jordan, from Star Wars icon to down home Kiwi on a global foodie mission. It’s a leap made with gusto by Tem Morrison in his SKY series Earth Oven as he takes his love of hangi on the road.

From the Middle East the adventure has taken the crew to Mexico, Hawai’i, Chile and Australia before coming full circle to Tem’s roots in Aotearoa New Zealand. It’s a close collaboration with director Mike Jonathan - in a complete change of pace from their last project, the award winning historical epic Ka Whawhai Tonu/In The Fire of War.
